In late 1999, Statpower Technologies Corporation merged with Xantrex
Technology Inc. Following this, Xantrex went on to add Trace Engineering, Trace Technologies, Cruising Equipment and Heart Interface to the Xantrex
fold. Upon completion, Xantrex became the world leader in the development,
manufacture, and global marketing of advanced electronic power conversion products for a number of markets including Consumer, Marine,
Recreational, Residential, Commercial, Renewable Energy and Emerging Distributed Energy
markets. The products of the former Statpower have now become the Statpower
brand of products developed, manufactured and marketed under the Xantrex name. Primarily sold into Consumer and Mobile
channels, Statpower products offer the user the convenience of mobile AC power anywhere - for work or for
